We have come to love dough

Back in 2019 we were making pizza’s in our backyard not far from here in Amsterdam East. We created a love for dough, preferably dough that has had the time to grow to its full potential.

As we opened two Pizza Projects (one in Oud-West and one in South) we needed a place to perfect our dough even more, aiming to be the best pizzeria there can be.

Here, in Dough Studio, we want to perfect the art of making dough and take our craft further then pizza dough.
